Ever do something then hate yourself for it even though if you were in the same situation you'd probably do the same thing again. It's not so much the thing itself, although I do feel guilty, it's more the questions it raises about why it happened and what it means. It's not even that I want it to happen again, but I know it could and that's scary. Sorry for being vague, just not sure who's going to be reading this, although now it sounds even more dodgy!
It's not that big a deal. Something happened that messed with my head a bit and now I'm feeling anxious and scared and guilty. Had a few panic attacks lately and am a little worried it might set one off although feeling ok at the moment.
Anyway apart from that life is swell! Just been a bit hectic lately. Still trying not to feel guilty about stuff, but not been easy. Also have been smoking quite a bit lately, so not been feeling that great about that. Until next time..

Hi sarah naomi - hope the feelings are becommijng a little easier. Having experienced panic attacks, I can relate to how scarey they can be. I've just been recommended a book called - How to stop worrying by Frank Tallis - due to arrive in the bnext few days - gonna have a read and will let you know what it's like. Glad that the guilt isn't so bad as it was. Keep positive - we're rooting for you! Em.
Hello Sarah Naomi - Hope the feelings are becoming better, and a little easier. I too have experienced anxiety/panic attacks so I know where you are coming from, and I know they are quite scary. Hope the guilt is not so bad as it was, keep on being positive, and I am sure it will pass.
Hi Sarah Naomi,
Try not to be too hard on yourself, (easier said than done sometimes I know)
In the meantime, I send you my very best wishes. Dx
hya sarah,
i guess the way i'd look at it is, whats been has past & is all but done & dusted!
i 2 tend to think things over things that i've done and sed sometimes,
but i try and stop myself by thinking, past has past, future well who knows, but today and now well thats where i can make a diffrence, so that's where i'll focus my energy!
take care

Sarahnaomi,
try to chill out. I know smoking a cigarette may seem like a way to calm down, but they actually contain lots of stimulant chemicals, which may not help if you're already feeling anxious. Try and find other ways to relax, like with a bath or a good, romantic film.
